Sing for Lung Health

Singing for Lung Health

Event details

Join our new Singing for Lung Health group, designed to manage symptoms of breathlessness through the joy of singing.

Our sessions, led by an experienced facilitator and supported by a respiratory physiotherapist, offer a supportive and friendly environment where participants can engage in vocal exercises and learn new songs. No prior singing experience is required.

The classes are for participants who experience breathlessness, including anyone suffering from COPD, asthma, long-COVID, pulmonary fibrosis, or any other lung-health problem. You do not need a referral to join the group.
