Looking after all of you
We believe creative practice should be complemented by the option of holistic phyiscal and mental health support. If you are a full-time student, this care is a part of your day to day at Trinity Laban, care which extends into your professional future as an alum. We also support professional artists, offering consultation on nutrition as well as specialised injury support and rehabilitation.
We’re proud to extend a selection of our treatments to the general public, so that anyone can access our experts for physiotherapy, sports massage, craniosacral therapy and more.
And, we have developed a highy acclaimed practice within our communities via our creative health programmes for adults with acquired brain injury and Parkinson’s disease, and by using our artforms to improve wellbeing. We believe the arts matter and that they have a central role to play in the health of everyone.

Sports massage with neuromuscular facilitation
Through management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body, Sports Massage can be used to aid a variety of ailments/injuries.
- Sports massage can increase the blood flow through the tissues, resulting in faster recovery times and removal of toxins from the body.
- It can also help to improve range of motion, flexibility and performance.
- Muscular imbalances and/or damage to the deep tissues can be identified and treated, further helping to reduce the risk of injury.

Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a non-mechanical, non-manipulative treatment. It is a subtle and profound form of healing, which promotes the body’s natural capacity for self repair. Through supporting the body’s innate ability to balance and heal itself, it helps to reduce stress and build underlying energy. The practitioner can sense tension in the body and help release it in a supportive and comforting way.
Craniosacral Therapy can treat anything from physical aches and pains, headaches and back problems to stress, anxiety and acute to chronic illness. It aims to bring balance back to the body.
